This is a recipe for a two-pound machine. You’ll be using the cake setting.Note that I use bread flour in this recipe. That's because I use bread flour for everything. All-purpose flour or cake flour should also work.If your bread machine allows it, take a spatula and scrape inside of the pan down during the first few minutes of mixing.Let the cake cool for a little bit before turning it out of the pan.This recipe was developed and tested using US customary measurements.
