Earlier in the week I caught one of the morning news shows.  They had segment on Valentine’s Day gifts.  Their proposed gift for your sweetie?  A lovely new laptop.  A laptop?!?

Bread Pudding

If your going to face the issue of dealing with bread heals and ends.  We put ours in the freezer and when we have enough we make bread pudding for breakfast.

Bread Pudding
8 cups torn/crumbled bread
3 cups milk
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup raisins
¼ cup butter
