Bread Machine Diva

Thanks to Ivory Spring for this recipe.  This is honestly one of the best tasting breads I’ve ever eaten.
Apricot Bread
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3 1/2 cups bread flour
