If you’re looking for some ideas for holiday bread making, you’ve come to the right place! Here’s how I’m using my bread machine over the holidays.
- Last night I made a batch of pepperoni rolls for dinner. They’re so good with a nice bowl of soup. I put the leftovers in the freezer. I’ll pull them out for a quick dinner next week.
- This morning I made a loaf of egg nog bread for tomorrow’s Christmas breakfast.
- At Christmas dinner I’ll be serving buttery dinner rolls.
- After Christmas I’ve spotted some fruit preserves in the refrigerator that need to be used up. It’s a blend of peach, mango and orange. I’m going to adapt the apricot bread recipe for it. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
