For scheduling reasons we had corned beef and cabbage the day before Saint Patrick’s Day. However I didn’t feel one bit slighted on the day itself as we took the leftover corned beef, freshly baked potato bread, pepper jack cheese and added the special sandwich sauce developed by the Man of the House. The sandwiches were heavenly!!
