  1. Just found you site last night. Made this today. Tastes good plain and with some butter. Yet to try it toasted. Thanks for sharing. Will be trying raspberry next.

  2. I added 3/4 cup of dried apricots cut in fourths when dispenser sounded. I have another Apricot bread recipe that always fell so decided to try this one.
    I did not add jam to water but loaf came out beautiful. I also rinsed and dried apricots to remove preservatives that kill yeast. If your using fast-rising yeast, 2 tsp was enough in my machine. I am sticking with this
    one. Kinda tastes like coffee cake. Yum!!!
